WOMEN who worry a lot during pregnancy may be reducing the flow of blood to their wombs. Vivette Glover and her colleagues at Queen Charlotte’s and Chelsea Hospital in London used ultrasound to monitor the arteries supplying blood to the placentas of 100 mothers-to-be.
